Monitoring of goods, shipments, containers

Within the logistics supply chains, there is large amount of trucks, containers and shipments going through distribution centers, facilities or other logistical hubs. The ability to monitor the current position of these units in real-time creates significant opportunities for improving the management of the entire supply chain.

Monitoring of Transporting Conditions

With built-in sensors the conditions during transport can be tracked in detail and accurately. Sensors monitor temperature, humidity, impact, motion. For each measurement precise time information is stored. Data from the sensors are stored in the tag memory and in a moment of return to a home WiFi network, the data are transferred to the server and evaluated. Tags are able to transfer data to Westico Sensor Server also using a foreign or public wireless networks (hotspots), which are open to anonymous users.
